Perelle - Five Star Self Catering Apartment in Guernsey
The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge/ freezer, microwave, dishwasher and clothes washer/ dryer.
Both bedrooms in Perelle apartment are ensuite with wash basins, WCs and heated towel rails. One has a bath with shower and one has a shower. Linen and towels are provided.
Television is provided in the lounge as well as both bedrooms.
Changeover day for Perelle is: Saturday

A 50% deposit made payable to The Granary Is required to confirm a reservation. The balance is payable 28 days prior to arrival.
In the event of cancellation for ANY reason, prior to the final remittance being forwarded, the deposit of 50% will only be refunded if the accommodation can be re-let for the full period of your intended stay.
In the event of cancellation for ANY reason after the final remittance has been sent, the 50% deposit is not refundable, and the balance of 50% will only be refunded if the accommodation can be re-let for the entire period of your intended stay.
We would recommend that you take out insurance against the possibility of cancellation also for medical expenses and personal belongings as no responsibility can be accepted for injury or loss of personal effects whilst on these premises.
